The core features of Impact Cinema — including all quizzes, articles, and educational resources — are provided free of charge. No payment is required to access these features, and accordingly no refund is applicable for their use.
Impact Cinema offers institutional quiz packs and educational resource licensing to schools, universities, community organisations, and cultural institutions. These arrangements are governed by individual licensing agreements entered into with the relevant organisation.
Refund requests for institutional licensing fees will be considered in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, the licensed organisation must submit a written request to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant issue arising. The request must include:
We will acknowledge all refund requests within five business days and provide a decision within 20 business days. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Refunds are not provided on the basis of a change of mind after a licensing agreement has been activated and materials delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or equivalent provincial legislation.
